Welcome to DriftVPN (hereinafter referred to as "we" or "this Service"). Please read the following agreement carefully before using this Service. By using our Service, you agree to all the terms of this Agreement.

1. Service Content

1. Provides encrypted tunnels to protect network traffic and hide the real IP address.
2. Provides multi-platform clients and customer support.
3. Server nodes, protocols, and features may vary by region, device, or package.

2. Accounts and Usage

1. You must comply with applicable laws and may not use this service for illegal activities.
2. You are responsible for the security of your account and password. The account is for your personal use or authorized employees only and may not be transferred, shared or lent.
3. If you encounter any billing issues, please contact us within 30 days of the billing date. Failure to do so will be considered as acceptance of the charges.
4. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate services for any violation of this agreement.
5. You can unsubscribe and delete your account at any time through the app or by contacting customer service.
6. If you seriously violate these terms, we may immediately suspend or terminate the service without any obligation to refund.
7. Free trial packages are available, but if abuse is discovered, the trial period will be terminated.

3. Prohibited behaviors

You may not use this service:

1. To engage in any illegal, infringing, harassing, fraudulent, or malicious activities;
2. Sending spam, launching distributed denial-of-service (DDoS) attacks, or spreading malware;
3. Engaging in copyright piracy or other acts that infringe intellectual property rights;
4. Mining, reselling airports/nodes, or other uses that exceed the normal range of personal/business traffic;
5. Attempts to break, bypass, or test the security mechanisms of this service.

We reserve the right to throttle, disconnect, or suspend accounts for abnormal traffic, and to determine whether to provide a full or partial refund depending on the severity. 11111

5. Disclaimer

1. This service is provided "as is" and we do not guarantee that it will meet your specific needs or be completely error-free or uninterrupted.
2. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages arising from or in connection with the use of or inability to use this Service.
3. The platform reserves the right to adjust the free trial data allowance as needed based on operational requirements.

6. Payment, automatic renewal and refund

Qingzhou offers two payment methods: "single purchase" and "subscription" (the methods offered may vary slightly depending on the platform). You can choose the payment method that suits you to use our paid services.

"Single purchase" plans will be automatically cancelled at the end of the service period. "Subscription" plans will automatically renew at the end of each service period and will be charged again according to your chosen payment method, unless you decide to cancel automatic payment before automatic renewal. Entering your payment details indicates your agreement to automatic renewal. We will notify you of automatic renewal in advance via email (if more than one month). You can manually turn off automatic renewal at least 24 hours before your plan expires. For users who subscribed via the web, log in and manage your subscription at the top right corner of the website by clicking Email > Plans & Billing. For users who subscribed through the Apple platform, manage your subscription at Settings > Apple Account > Subscriptions on your device.

Before your current subscription expires, we may pre-authorize your provided credit card. This may include temporarily deducting a small, nominal fee to verify the validity of your payment method. Once verification is complete, this amount will be immediately withdrawn and will not appear in your account as a formal transaction. This is to ensure your uninterrupted use of our services and to confirm that your payment method remains valid for future billing cycles.

Your satisfaction is always our top priority. If you decide to discontinue our paid service, you can request a refund within 30 days of your initial purchase. We will refund you based on the percentage of unused days of your subscription. We sincerely hope to resolve any issues before you cancel your subscription. If you upgrade to another plan within 30 days of your initial purchase, a refund is not possible. Qingzhou reserves the right to verify the validity of account information and may postpone or delay the refund process until verification is complete.

Normally, you will not be able to request a refund after 30 days of purchasing this service. However, in certain circumstances, if you can prove that the purchased service is unusable or inaccessible, and you have reasonably attempted to contact us to resolve the issue, we may decide at our discretion whether to grant a refund after 30 days. In such cases, we may proportionally refund the fees you paid during the period when the service was unusable or inaccessible.

Qingzhou reserves the right to adjust the price of its "single purchase" or "subscription" services from time to time, and will notify you in advance of any changes. According to relevant laws, if you continue to use this service after the changes take effect, you will be deemed to have agreed to and accepted the updated price and terms.

The fees charged by Qingzhou do not include any taxes or fees. However, we may calculate and charge applicable taxes or duties at the time of your purchase, including but not limited to value-added tax, goods and services tax, and other relevant statutory taxes and fees, in accordance with applicable laws.

You have the right to delete your account at any time; however, no refund will be given for any unused portion of the service period remaining on a deleted account.

If you violate this agreement, we reserve the right to terminate your account without refund.

7. Compensation

If any third-party claim arises as a result of your breach of these Terms or applicable law, you agree to indemnify the Company and its employees, directors, agents, and other relevant parties for reasonable attorneys' fees, penalties, and other losses.
